Q - How long should I wait before anybody starts work?
A - After we have received your telephone request our representative will visit you withwin 2-48 hours to prepare a quotation and obtain from you details of your order the will start work within 1-4 working days.
Q - The work thats carried out is it safe for my children?
A - We always follow the Health and Safety Regulations and inform you of any hazards.
Q - After you have completed the work when can I use my driveway?
A - About 3 weeks to 1 month for havy goods vehicles, usually 5-7 days for the car and 1 to 2 days for pedestrian traffic.
Q - How should I pay for the completed work?
A - We accept cash, credit cards or cheques.
Q - Can I pay it by instalments?
A - No
Q - If I don't like the colour or design can I change it after the work has started?
A - No, all details are arranged in writing before work starts.
Q - How long do you carry out the work?
A - It all depends on what you order, always we will try to finish it as soon as possible.
Q - Do you leave your work clean and tidy?
A - We always leave the work site clean.
